Glasgow does Christmas

And does it pretty well. We spent the afternoon Christmas shopping....well it's only once a year... but also took in some of the festive atmosphere. George Square is transformed into a funfair and the now obligatory skating rink while the various statues are adorned with Christmas lights. These rather elaborate street decorations can be seen in Buchanan street .
