Small Tortoiseshell on the Windowsill

We have a few of these that have found their way into the house to be in the warm for the winter.
This one is on our bedroom windowsill, with its wings spread open, so I suspect it id dead, but even after it has passed, it still looks beautiful and gives pleasure as my Blip for today
