HASTINGS PIER ...

A lot of activity on Hastings Pier today as Pier Trust members,TV Crews & Pro Photographers were invited onto the Pier to see it close-up pre-regeneration as the work is as-of-now starting.I've missed the first of the substructure replacement taking place as they have already ripped out and replaced a column marking the start of the work.This now means I'll have to go by the low-tide times to go and photograph the regeneration.Looking forward to the night-time low-tides as the work will produce a lot of sparks from the Oxy-fuel torches cutting through the structure.
