Bosque Design

A friend whom Marylee has known since they were camp counselors together as teenagers just sent us this hand-printed design on a tea towel; it's by her daughter-in-law Kei. They live in New Mexico, and we have visited them numerous times.

The image portrays the nearby Bosque Del Apache National Wildlife Refuge in the center of New Mexico, a marvelous birding destination, with birders and the refuge's key birds--sandhill cranes in flight and snow geese below.

NB: The map location shows the refuge in New Mexico, not us in Massachusetts
