Free hugs!

This morning Skipper the elf was hiding on top of the toy shelf with a gift in his hand. The two littlies opened it together and it was a book- "The Very Snowy Christmas." We don't have many/ any Christmas books yet so we are starting our collection with this. We read it together and Chickpea said, "That gives me an idea! Why don't we decorate our house for Christmas and get a little tree to decorate too!" We have informed Skipper of this request so we shall see what he makes of it.

It was a shopping day and we only had to go to a few shops but Monkey really hated it! He wasn't happy at all but I don't think he's feeling well. He's a bit warm and has bright red cheeks but it's difficult to tell exactly what's wrong with a nearly 2 year old. He seems perfectly happy in this shot, though.
