Ben A'an

Today's the day ........................... to look back

We walked round to the other side of Loch Achray today and looked back across to where we are staying this week.

At one end of the ridge is the perfect little mountain for people who like to see a good view but don't want to risk life and limb getting there. It's called Ben A'an, which apparently means 'small pointed peak' in the gaelic. It all makes sense!

I've been up there many times over the years - but one of the best was with my good friend Marie-Claire. So this one is for her .............................
