Motivational message from the folk who were on the bus before me this morning.

I was in a great Last-working-Monday-of-2013 mood until I got back home and found a letter from my new letting agents telling me the Landlord wants his flat back at the start of May.

Plenty of advanced warning but this bijou apartment has served me well - I don't think it'll be able to find something similar...boo!
