Icicle Ornaments

These are the icicles that form on the southern side of the house. They were a great source of fascination when the children were younger and come to think of it, even as they got older. I am intrigued with them too. These are just the beginnings, they get quite long and quite round. Today the frigid temperatures continued and more snow predicted for tomorrow.
