Darkest December

It's only because Luke's bus was late this morning that I was able to take this photo at all. Dark when D cycled off to work and dark when we walked to the bus stop. We watched the sky lighten as we waited. Luke was pleased - he had passed his trumpet exam. Four more days of school and the holidays will be upon us..
