Bye Bye Julian.

I`ll try and get it right. This is a Julian calendar. Was ok till 2nd Sept 1752. Then the powers that be decided to switch to a Gregorian calendar. So the Julian was 11 days out of sink,and had to be put on hold till 14th Sept.

This one is on the side of Malmesbury House, in the Cathedral Close, Salisbury, and is dated 1749. So even if the sun was shining today, you would have to add 11 days.
