St Woolos Cathedral

A quiet interlude in the calm of St Woolos Cathedral, Newport. The East window and mural by John Piper provided me with a focus for my Meditation before visiting my mother in hospital. The origins of the cathedral/church date back to 500 AD, and it's been extended/rebuilt over the centuries since.
