Building site at dawn

I was due to be at the pre-meeting for today's National Economic Forum by 8.15 am.

Walking along Holyrood Road I passed the site where Edinburgh University is building new residencies for postgraduate students.

Not only did it make a good blip as dawn began to break but it also should remind us all of the huge economic benefit that accrues from Scotland's world class Higher Education sector which is the third most valuable part of the Scottish economy.
