Divan

Political view of Turkey is a mass...I don't follow news but corrupted government is in a way trouble. The tower you see in the picture is the tower of Divan where Ottoman Empire used to be ruled by decision taken in there in command of Sultans. Do we still have some Sultans in Turkey?
