Male Falcated Duck.........

Once again the lakes at Chichester come up trumps with this very rare duck.

I'd have to presume that this particular male is an escapee from a private collection.

There didn't appear to be any other Falcated ducks close by, he appeared to be accompanied by four or five Teal, which were just beautiful.

This chap gets his five minutes in the spotlight here on Blipfoto today.
