Supermarket Santa

Yesterday it was the Santa postman, today Santa and Mrs Santa in the Supermarket.
The kids know when there are free giveaways. Look closely and you will see the boy on the right with food all over his face. He is obviously enjoying it.

Today I was invited out to a delicious lunch then G and I wandered round Eely Point. We enjoyed watching three little children playing in the water at the edge of the lake. It is still not quite warm enough for me to swim there but a few hot days will change that. In the meantime the local pool is pleasantly warm. Today, as usual, I got a lane to myself.

A 4 year old was threatening to drown himself as he loved jumping in and Grandad was not to be too close. He would come up spluttering then sink re emerge for another breathe, and thought it all a huge joke. He was far too confident for safety.

Tomorrow is our Carol concert / church service. Looking forward to that.
