Wonder Woman

Had another run with the amazing Justine today. Last week she did her first three miles....today she excelled herself even more by running four miles. A lot of it was up hill as well. I'm so pleased that I run with her as I'm always there to see the delight on her face as she ticks off another of her to do boxes.

We had a lovely lunch of sweet potato and carrot soup. That's a first for me. Think I'll have to have a go at making it. She insisted on paying for me to thank me for my help. I really think I should be buying her lunch as I need to thank her for the inspiration she gives me.

Had a bit of a pampering day after that. I went to have my hair and nails done.....Now I need somewhere to go.
