Dealing with conflicts.

I tried to catch a monment when businessleaders of a leading Swedish food chanin named ICA Maxi went thru training of how to handle tough conflicts at the workplace thru roleplaying,groupdynamics,projection, interaction and by participation of coaches like Lotta Lindén and actors for drama.
