It looks like Les has been letting himself go a bit during the build-up to Christmas. And he hasn’t run a marathon since... last week - in Pisa. Perhaps it was the pasta...

Anyhoo, the Greenwich parkrun was ok today, windy, but the rain didn’t turn up until later. I’m looking forward to the parkrun on Christmas morning!
