When Boo gets too warm sleeping on "her" sofa in amongst the cushions and her blanket she slides down on to the floor to cool down a bit.

Today has been a long day.

I washed my car this morning initially in the dry but it soon changed to a sleet storm and endless torrential rain. Horrendous weather.

I watched the Lucan dramatisation later which was fairly decent but ultimately pointless as far as any revelations.

If you Google Lady Lucan you get a page where the Dowager clears up some odds and ends and puts it all to bed.

We started researching for Le Tour 2014 a bit and fancy the Alps. It should be great fun.

After my disappointment at the Frightened Rabbit album Pedestrian Verses the Scottish, so not biased, music blog Pop Cop has named it album of 2013.

Yes it has broken the band through in many ways but far from their best work. The previous years' work has set that up, not this album.

How was Jools Holland's Hootenany? Anyone go?

I guess we'll just have to wait to see it, er, totally live on Hogmanay to find out.
