What-will-the-central-portion-look-like-as-a-thumbnail? shot-choosing-consideration can now be scrapped, or at least adapted to form a new which-will-be-the-best-bit-to-thumbnail? decision-process which ought to be slightly easier for both taking the picture and choosing which of many to use for the day's entry.

Fortunately today's new feature and the removal from the blipbank of a partial street-name sign (though not of Doune Terrace, which has much nicer signs and which was always the intended target for such a picture) prevents me from being tempted to take a photograph of my nose, no worse but certainly no better for being dragged into work for the day.
