It's going up fast... This building is replacing another building that I remember being new about 20 years ago. This will be much taller than the building it replaces. I've made it black and white in honour of those photos of the construction of the Empire State and the Chrysler buildings, where the workers are depicted wandering nonchalantly along beams with never a safety harness in sight ...
