Streets Paved With Gold

At least that's what it looked like late this afternoon in Keswick.. I arose from my sickbed to do a little Christmas shopping - result - shopping done but exhausted. (hubby and India coming down with virus now)

A cold sleety afternoon with snow covering the tops of the A66 road to Keswick and turning to a thin layer of lethal ice. Just after this was taken there was a mini snowstorm in Keswick. Returned to hubby in the Packhorse looking like an abominable snowman!
