Sunday roast

My husband got some elk and deer meat from a friend but I thought we had two pieces of elk.

Turns out you can safely apply the same recipes to both kinds of meat.


Well, at least you can cook deer using a recipe for elk, for all I know. I guess I'll try the same recipe for elk the next time, if only to prove the theory.
