The River Ness, in Inverness. High flow levels just now, and a high spring tide have combined here. Fortunately they're not with extreme low pressure, like a couple of weeks ago. You can see why Douglas Row (where the leafless trees are) has a tendency to flood, and why the current flood alleviation works are necessary.
