It's getting dark, but this male Blackbird was still about, and keeping an eye on me.

Another storm coming our way. Likely to be worse than the last one, and coming from a more Southerly direction (West backing SW last time). Supposed to start tonight, and last through Christmas Day. Sadly a lot of people are undoubtedly going to be without power on Christmas Day. Oh, and there'll be another one a few days later...

Coal and logs for the fire ready. Batteries charged for LED torches, and candles and camping stove located. Lids from compost bins (retrieved and) stored in the garage. Back fence, what's left of it, will probably loose another panel or two. Maybe ought to charge all the camera batteries too...
