beetroot two ways ………..

had real good time making dinner, courtesy of frank and joyce with their box of veg ……. beetroot wedges roasted to a crispiness and beetroot risotto with fish ……. didn't realise i liked beetroot so much ……… happy dinners with the family ;-)
