miss Harris

Miss Harris is the lady on the right next to my mum she was the headmistress of my primary school and a formidable lady we were all just a little bit scared of - she still lives local to my mum and mum took me round with her to say hello and pass on Xmas wishes

I felt a bit nervous standing in front of her as even though I'm some thirty five years older I still couldn't bring myself too call her anything but miss Harris - a remarkable woman still complete with all her faculties and still holding an amazing presence!
