Santa Claus is comin' to town

Today I have been busy preparing dishes for Christmas Day, as we have around 10 for dinner. This morning I started by making a Green Raisin, Sherbert Lemon and Ginger Cheesecake which is a proper New York baked cheesecake, adapted from a recipe by Annie Bell. I then made my traditional Chicken Liver, Cointreau and Orange Pate.

In between preparing these dishes I completed the garnishes for a Boeuf Bourguignon dish for a family get together this evening.

I then made Shirley Spear's classic Hot Marmalade Pudding with Drambuie Custard.

Relaxing now after a busy day. I hope Santa Claus is coming to your town.
