Christmas Cake Aussie Style!!

It was so exciting this afternoon when I finally got the chance to see if my Aussie Style Christmas, come Ice cream Cake actually worked. We all stood around with bated breath as I turned the bowl over and removed the mould. It's a miracle!! It actually worked. It was quite a wicked cake and as you can see from this link, it was quickly being demolished. I hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas Day.
