Being in the center of the Iberian peninsula, you would think Madrid wouldn't get fresh seafood. On the contrary, the seafood is so fresh. It's amazing. If I remember correctly Javier's wife told me the seafood comes from Galicia. Wherever it comes from, I wish I knew how to cook them because I'm drooling. Yum!
