happy day

This lovely lady is one of my tenants. We have recently upgraded the flats where she lives and today we had an official "re-opening" of the scheme, as this lady is the only remaining original tenant she was presented with a beautiful bunch of flowers - she was really made up, told me it was even better than the fuss we made of her last year on her 90th!!

One of the more satisfiying parts of my job.
