Boxing Day Walk

On Boxing Day, what a surprise:
Calm blue sea beneath cloudless blue skies!
On the coastal path we
Stroll as warm as can be
As we listen to soaring gulls' cries.

This was very early afternoon at the mouth of the River Dart, Devon. Now, mid-evening, the wind's growing wild again. We enjoyed the brief respite, as did the world and his wife: perfect weather for a Boxing Day walk. Hope you're enjoying (working off/continuing) the excesses of Christmas!
