Rural South Florida

This used to be the main route for tourists going to and fro in south Florida, until the big interstates and tollroads replaced it. It's a region with a combination of ranches, with beef cattle, orange orchards and other vegetable and fruit produce, and small towns, often with decaying bits of tourist industry. We were driving from the Keys to the Orlando area.
