Ouch

Except in Germany you say "Aua".

Was in the canteen at lunchtime when something went "chrump" in my back. The pain got progressively worse until I couldn't actually eat anything. I got back to the office, had a quick chat with colleagues and then went home.

Ate painkillers, rubbed a bit of deep heat on and then had to go lie down. The really nice about that was that Moot was on the bed and he stayed with me.

I may head back there soon.
