As in houses across the country preparations are going on for Christmas dinner. In our house to as we get updates by text and phone from Kate about the progress (or lack of) on their journey from Brighton

In the end they got to us at about nine, tired and a bit frazzled. But after some beer and food they seemed to relax and we had a great time until the early hours of Christmas morning
