Cheerful Chappy

After waving goodbye to son Will at the airport I stopped to have a chat with this cheerful chap. He didn't have much to say but smiled a lot and showed me the big salmon he had caught. Despite the smile he did seem a little brassed off because they have removed the pond he used to fish in and now he has to sit upstairs.

He reminds me of someone - but who?

Completely knackered now after driving for three hours through heavy wind and rain.
