Muddy walk!

What a lovely day today.

Joanna and Dougal came over for lunch and a walk and it was just glorious out there. A wee bit cold (and extremely muddy!) but such beautiful sunshine.

This was taken in virtually the same spot as this one. Not that you can see it here, but I do so love the view down into the valley as you go over the crest of the hill.

Mega clean up after our walk - how it's possible for a dog to get so wet and muddy I do not know! - and then cups of tea and brownies in front of the fire. Bliss.
