A Stirling Sunday

A striking view of Stirling Castle in the early Sunday morning chilly air.

I was quick off the mark this morning with my ToDo list by renewing my Scotland Supporters Club membership then a trip to pick up two Steak Pies for our Hogmanay and New Years Day dinners with yet another trip in between to the local landfill site with a vehicle full of even more Christmas paper wrappings, cardboard and waste.

This afternoon we invited two of our elderly neighbours over for tea and cakes for a couple of hours - which was a rather enjoyable way to spend a leisurely Sunday afternoon. (perhaps caused by Grant sleeping throughout and with Ewan been given a large bowl of crisps, cakes and chocolate to keep him quiet in the other room) - we are getting good at this parenting game ;-)

Time to relax now, work tomorrow and the unknown amount of jobs on a Monday during the festive period.
