The Beef!

A quick b&w shot of the Nikkor 85mm 1.4 lens. It is the perfect portrait lens on an FX format camera. If you're shooting DX, then a 60mm does a nice job. 75mm - 105mm is the effective target focal range for portraiture work. This one is the work horse for Nikon shooters. At 77mm in diameter, it stands out on any style FX camera you might be using.

The Bokeh results of this lens shot wide open are quite amazing.
