Sunday at the beach

One of those winter days when sun and cloud compete for mastery of the sky. It was bright and then it wasn't.
Newport (Pembs) is called Trefdraeth in Welsh (and pronounced Ti'drath locally). It means Beach Town and you can see why.
But if you think you can walk from here to the town you would be mistaken. A fast-flowing river separates it from the beach and can be waded across only at low tide.
