Crown No12

Welding cast iron is difficult at the best of times. This large break was especially difficult. For a start getting it hot enough in the forge was near impossible. That coupled with me being a bit out of welding practice, made for a bit of an uphill battle. I blew a few holes in it before I found my welding mojo.

In the end I got the piece repaired. I will have to live with a few small welding holes. By the time it's painted and assembled it will hardly notice, especially if I position the stove just right.
