The day started well enough... Emptied our old small log shed and took them all up to the new log shed. The sun shone and the light was lovely.

The afternoon wasn't quite so idyllic. Son #2 brought his new scooter with him on a brief stroll which I insisted on going on to make the most of the fine weather. He did a bunny hop, which he's done a thousand times, but today it went wrong and he landed on his mouth! Split his lip quite badly.
An evening in A&E followed with the lip getting stitched. He was very brave as it was not at all nice. I felt terrible!
