A burst of colour!

Its a grey drizzly day in sleepy ole Suffolk (UK), but there in the midst of the Abbey Gardens, in Bury St Edmunds, was this burst of colour - really brightened my afternoon.

Glad to report no ill effects after yesterday's run, although lots of grumbles and stiff legs from most of my colleagues who did their bit, and when asked if they'd like to sign up for a half marathon next year.... well lets just say the most popular word used in the office today was no!

(and no it wasn't me suggesting a half marathon, I know my limit!!)
