Seamus Heaney

Our next book group in January will be focussing on the literary work of the fabulous Irish writer and poet Seamus Heaney.
In 1995 he won the Nobel Prize for Literature and this book, 'District and Circle' is his twelfth collection of poems. It arrived today and I'm looking forward to delving in and selecting my favourite. A quick scan tells me it will be a difficult choice. I love poetry.
