Mmm!

Family round tomorrow and these little beauty's will be dish of the day.
Leg of lamb, stuffed with rosemary and anchovies.
They'll slow roast overnight, going in before midnight and emerging cooked to perfection in the morning; so you could say they will take over a year to cook!
The morning air's going to be filled with the most fabulous smells - can't wait.
