So, quick google, and a nice recipe for a Lemon Loaf Cake. Quick stop at Tesco (other supermarkets are available) on the way home for ingredients. Quick swear when realising that we don't actually own a set of scales...

So the stress remains, and something else gets added to the IKEA List of Doom.
