2013 recap

Well today I decided to photograph my sheep jumper to recap 2013.

So this year has included a lot of ups and downs.

Lots of work with the special Olympics - training hard for the national summer games - which were a massive success for the north west team.

I have had numerous colds and bugs - such a healthy person.

As always I have had a lot of trips to the gym and have had a few gym based injuries.

I have continued to work hard and managed an epic 86 days in a row! Which was a killer but well worth it!


I am now looking forward to 2014 and hoping it will be a better year for myself and my family
