An act of violence

Not a very artistic photo to start the year, but I saw this out on my run today. It is a massive fly-tipping pile on the Taff trail. Dumping rubbish like this brings out the Daily Mail reader in me - a £1000 fine is not enough, I'd send em to jail for 6 months. It seems like such an act of violence - towards the environment, towards your fellow citizens. It also makes me think "what else are they capable of?" Who pulls up in a nice country walk area and thinks "what this beauty spot needs is a big pile of builder's debris".
Sorry, calm now. Anyway, I'm back doing a photo a day for this year. It's the 3rd time I've done it, but I took a year or so off. Here goes again...
