Good as new

Lots of cars here still have the original registration sticker on their screen. Plus they keep the cellophane wraps on the head rests and sun visors. Initially I thought it was dust related, now I think it helps with resale in such a transient community, I've also had it suggested that it's an outward 'show' of affluence - look at me, I bought the car brand new.
