Everything awaits...

Isn't wondering what's behind a door rather thrilling? Or at least, that's the way I prefer to look at it. This isn't just any door either. It is rightly beautiful - commanding and yet inviting. It's the front door of the house in Bern, Switzerland, where Albert Einstein lived. Where he did much of his work developing his theory of relativity. All of that, happening behind one door! I was beyond excited as I stood there. Following in his footsteps, I swear I could feel his presence, his ideas, his enthusiasm as I climbed the stairs into his house. If you don't open the door, how do you know what lies behind it... ? Happy New Year x
